4pm Guest Presenters Pamela Frank and Howard Nelson "Fit as a Fiddle"
An expert in movement-related impairments, Howard Nelson analyzes how postures and movements can be the cause of injury and pain. His physical therapy practice is focused on treating the biomechanical causes of injuries by modifying faulty movement patterns.
During the last few years, Nelson has been applying movement analysis principles to musicians, and together with Frank the two have launched Fit as a Fiddle Inc., a collaboration in which they use their expertise for injury prevention and treatment of musicians.

TRAFFIC NOTICE: On Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 7:00PM, the San Jose Earthquakes will play the L.A. Galaxy at Stanford Stadium. With an estimated attendance of 50,000, the match will generate traffic that may be heavy from 5:00PM to 7:00PM and from 9:00PM to 11:00PM along Embarcadero Road, University Avenue and Oregon Expressway between Highway 101 and the campus, and along El Camino Real from University Avenue to Oregon Expressway. Increased traffic may also be experienced along: Sand Hill Road and Page Mill Road between Interstate 280 and the campus, and along Junipero Serra between Page Mill Road and Sand Hill Road.
FIREWORKS NOTICE: A post-match fireworks show will take place between approximately 9:20PM -10:00PM.

Group 2 is tuning in BRAUN REHEARSAL HALL and...
Group 3 is getting instruments from your studio and meeting by the SNACK TABLE behind BRH.
THEN when Group 2 goes on stage, Group 3 moves into BRH, and Group 4 should leave the hall to get their instruments.
Etc, Etc. Come out of the recital hall TWO GROUPS before you play.
4:00 pm Estimated End of Finale Concert.
Seminar Check-out throughout the day.
Studio Clean-up: Follow instructions posted on your door.
Return library music to the lounge.
Return your studio key to Lori at the ticket desk for return deposit.
